Chapter 4&5

These two chapters were very big parts of the book because it gave the readers good visuals of what was being done to the prisoners and how they were being treated. It was more shocking then anything that a person would actually do something that bad and the prisoners didn't even do anything to them. It was hard picturing people being hung and prisoners being beat to death. I would be afraid for my life in those situations. I noticed that people were getting happy as Buam was being bombed because they thought that since it was being bombed that everything would be good and they would be set free. These two chapters were really all about drama and punishment. They were good chapters to read because they were really good to get into but very vulgar.
